Phone Alarm requires the file VBRUN200.DLL to be in your
WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory to run. If  VBRUN200.DLL was not included with
this package, then download it from from a BBS or other on-line provider.
If VBRUN200.DLL was included, then move it to your WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory
if you do not already have a copy of it there. (NOTE: if you already have
a copy of VBRUN200.DLL in your WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory, then just delete
this copy.) 

BASIC TROUBLE-SHOOTING
If Phone Alarm doesn't work properly, make sure that you
are using your modem's installed com port in Phone Alarm's config.
